With 30 offices and around 2.050 employees, the TPA Group is one of the major accounting, payroll, audit and fiscal advisory firms in Central and Eastern Europe. TPA Group entered the Romanian market in 2007 through a merger with Quintus, a local accounting and audit firm established in 1998. The Romanian founding office of TPA Group, located in Bucharest, focuses on providing professional services to mostly foreign investors operating in the Romanian market. Starting 2016, a new office has been opened in Cluj-Napoca by adding an existing accounting, tax advisory and audit office founded in 2003. From our offices in Bucharest and Cluj we render services covering all over Romania. Our services include accounting, tax compliance, payroll, IFRS reporting, auditing, tax services and legal advice.
TPA Romania employs over 150 professionals including chartered and certified accountants, financial analysts, auditors, lawyers and fiscal advisors.
Our current clients' list in Romania includes over 500 international companies, mainly active in the fields of real estate, constructions, services, technology, manufacturing, retail and distribution, agriculture. TPA Romania also works for international institutions and non-profit organizations.

We offer our services mainly in English and German (through the „German & English Desk" we run in all Central and South EasternEuropean countries), but also in French and Romanian.
